What we process
Your questionnaire answers and calculated report are processed in your browser. We do not send or store the individual answers. If you choose to continue to the donation placeholder, we store the email address you enter, your consent, selected amount, timestamp, and a small summary of the calculated totals so we can notify you when checkout is available.
What we do not collect
The lead record does not contain your full answers, payment-card information, password, precise location or advertising identifier. No payment is processed in this beta.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the email address only to deliver or follow up on the requested footprint report and payment availability. Submission requires an explicit consent checkbox. You can use the calculator without submitting an email.
Retention and deletion
Beta lead records are retained only while needed to operate the report waitlist, then deleted or anonymized. To request access or deletion, email privacy@ecosi.global from the same address.
Security and processors
Records are stored on EcoSi infrastructure with restricted access and append-only application logging. A payment provider will receive information only after it is selected, disclosed here, and the user actively opens its checkout.
